The biggest issue facing in schools is that we lack high quality teachers across the nation. Finding the best talent will always be the biggest issue that is stopping the country from developing the next generation. So how could we switch the roles of a teacher and student? How could we enable young Australians to be motivated and driven to take control of their own learning journey?
Imagine if we could use the knowledge and data of each student and give the an understanding of what kind of learner they are, where are they at academically, what is their identity, what are their interests and experiences that have shaped, want do they want to achieve tomorrow? If we have a deeper understanding of students, we would be able to know what are their strengths and their weaknesses and create a roadmap for them to excel, discover and achieve.
The World is becoming even more connected and complex. And that means that we're able to connect with other young people across different countries and learn with them as well. Once we understand the type of students we have and what they want to achieve, one platform could match and connect students to global opportunities, challenges and relevant reading content.
The World Global OpportunitiesCommunity ChallengesWhen we understand the unique needs and aspirations of students, our platform could help students better connect to the individuals, networks and communities to help them learn. Learning is the most effective when you learn from your peers and feel you belong to a community.
